Terms and Conditions
  1. Information
    Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd reserve the right to take any additional information during the process of online/offline booking or anytime during the performance of Services or any clarification thereafter.
  2. Reservations
    Reservations must be made at least 6 hours prior to Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and subjected to availability and confirmation.
  3. Cancellation/ Refund / Amendment Policy
    Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel any request for the service without assigning any reasons.

    There will be no refund in case of the following:
    1. Wrong information given about the travel details (e.g. Flight number, Date & Time) during the Booking Process;
    2. NO-SHOW of Porter Service;
    3. Delayed/ Missed or Cancelled flights;
    4. Late arrival at the airport which results in denied check-in or boarding by the airlines;
    5. Any misconduct or any unlawful or prohibited activity by the Passenger(s).
  4. Information Required
    Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd reserve the right to take any additional information during the process of online/offline booking or anytime during the performance of Services or any clarification thereafter.
  5. Waiting / Service time
    The performance of Porter Service will commence at the scheduled meeting time or the time of service as per the booking confirmation. However, Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd at its sole discretion offer a grace period of waiting time for passenger(s) to avail the Porter Service(s) as follow:

    Departure Porter Service: 15 minutes waiting time
    Arrival Porter Service: 30 minutes waiting time
    In the event additional waiting time is required, additional surcharge may apply for every 30 minutes block.

    Service Time: The porter service duration is at 1 hour, any extension of service time, additional surcharge may apply for every 30 minutes block

    In case of any failure of passenger(s) to report on time at the meeting point or the time of service as per the booking confirmation without pre-noticed, he/she shall be deemed as a NO-SHOW and the Service will not be assured or refunded.
  6. Damages to Passengers’ Bags & Items declaration
    Please ensure there is NO CASH, VALUABLE, ITEMS OF HIGH VALUE and/or FRAGILE NATURE etc. in your bags.
    Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd will not be liable and/or responsible for any loss or damages to your bags / properties.
