  1. Can I change or cancel my booking after payment?
    After booking confirmation, changes are subject to the slot availability.
    Cancellation are not permitted and non-refundable.
  2. How long is the reservations need to be made?
    Reservations must be made at least 6 hours prior to Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) and subjected to the confirmation till payment is made.
    Any booking made less than 6 hours are subjected to availability and confirmation.
  3. How long is the waiting time for the Porter service?
    The performance of Porter Service will commence at the scheduled meeting time or the time of service as per the booking confirmation. However, Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd at its sole discretion offer a grace period of waiting time for passenger(s) to avail the Porter Service(s) as follow:

    Departure Porter Service: 15 minutes waiting time
    Arrival Porter Service: 30 minutes waiting time
    In the event additional waiting time is required, additional surcharge may apply for every 30 minutes block.

    Service Time: The porter service duration is at 1 hour, any extension of service time, additional surcharge may apply for every 30 minutes block

    In case of any failure of passenger(s) to report on time at the meeting point or the time of service as per the booking confirmation without pre-noticed, he/she shall be deemed as a NO-SHOW and the Service will not be assured or refunded.
  4. How do I inform if my flight is delayed?
    If flight delays, cancellations or diversions arises, please contact our team at +65 9615 0072 at the soonest possible time.
  5. If I have odd-size bags to add-on after booking made, how should I inform the team?

    We accept all major credit card payment Visa, Mastercard and Amex thru PayPal (with or without PayPal Account)
