There is a grace waiting period of 30 minutes based on your arrival flight ETA provided. If you need more time, please call +65 96150072 for assistance. Our porter will be waiting for you at the assigned belt, holding a signage bearing your name. Please identify yourself to the porter, inform the number of bags you have and help to identify bags on the belt. Porter staff will assist you to upload the bags. Please cater for at least 10 minutes for the Bag Sanitisation (The first bag will take 10 minutes while subsequent bags will take 2 minutes each.) Do let the porter know where is your preferred pick up point. He will assist you and your bags to the location. Please check that you have taken the correct bags and your bags are in working condition and after which, please make the payment directly to the porter. Our porter will be waiting for you at the location you have indicated during the booking. He will be holding a signage bearing your name. Please identify yourself to the porter, inform him the number of bags you have and he will assist you to upload the bags from your vehicle. Please cater for at least 10 minutes for the Bag Sanitisation (The first bag will take 10 minutes while subsequent bags will take 2 minutes each.) Do let the porter know where is your check in counter. He will assist you and your bags to the location. Please check that your bags are in working condition and after which, please do make the payment directly to the porter. Please note that our porters will wait for you at the stated location. There is a grace waiting period of 15 minutes based on your stated time. If you need more time, please call +65 96150072 for assistance. Terms & Conditionsa. Reservations Reservations must be made at least 8 hours prior to Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA). Reservations that are made less than 8 hours will be subjected to availability. b. Information Required Please fill up all compulsory fields with the correct information. This is to ensure proper delivery of service at the stated time and location. Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any wrong information given. c. Waiting time Our porters will be waiting for you at the designated meeting point and time. In the event that you are late, our porters maybe allocated for other duties. Please note that a grace waiting period of 15 minutes is allocated for departure flights and 30 minutes for arrival flights based on the ETA provided. d. Damages to Passengers’ Bags We will exercise extra care when handling your bags during the service. However, accident might happen and may result in damages to your bags. Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd will not be liable against any loss or damages to your bags / properties. e.
